Not so long ago, various Ghanaian celebrities came out to make themselves known as being part of the LGBTQI.
One of those people is the famous Fante rapper, Pappy Kojo. The rapper made his position known during an interview with Giovanni.
This was when he was asked if the rumors were true that he was dating the actress, Yvonne Nelson. He immediately debunked that rumors and claimed that he was gay.
According to him, he had no intentions of dating Yvonne Nelson because he has been gay all this while. To the surprise of Giovanni and his fans, he continued that he is a musician and can be whatever he wants to be.
He then revealed that he found John Dumelo cute.
After making such claims, a new video of the musician popped up on social media where he was seen kissing a white lady.
Meanwhile, the sibling musicians, Wanlov the Kubolor and Sister Derby, have all come out to support the LGBTQI movement.
Their support of the group angered a lot of their fans and Ghanaians alike. The controversial Counselor Lutterodt took to the radio to demand the arrest of Wanlov for supporting such a group.
Ghana has been known to be one of the African countries that do not take homos*xality lightly. There have been many incidents where people have literally been beaten and killed for expressing themselves as a part of the LGBTQI.
It would seem that soon such a group would be legalized in Ghana and many are not going to sit down and watch it go by.
A former journalist for Metro TV, Ignatius Annor, also came out to reveal that he was also gay. He continued that he refused to share that information because he feared that he would lose his job.
