I Don’t Chase, I Replace – Salma Mumin Tells Critics

Ghanaian actress, Salma Mumin has taken to her social media page to post some interesting photos of herself.

The actress’s contributions to the Ghanaian movie industry have earned her a number of accolades, including Best International New Actress at the 2014 Papyrus Magazine Screen Actors Awards and Best Actress in a Leading Role at the 1029 Ghana Movie Awards.

She made her first appearance on screen in 2007 where she featured in the movie titled, “Passion and Soul”.

From 2012, she played some roles in the movies, “The Will”, “No Man’s Land”, “What My Wife Doesn’t Know”, and many more.

She has been on many billboards and TV commercials in Ghana which includes UniBank, Jumbo, Electromart, and others. She is also the brand ambassador for Hollywood Nutrition’s Slim Smart.

Recently, Salma got herself in a controversial situation when she took to her Instagram page to say that her money was stolen from her account by the MTN company via her Momo account.

The MTN company was of course not happy and decided to give the actress time to retract her statement or face the music in court.

The actress immediately came out to apologize to the company saying that it was her mistake since her money was taken by one of her workers and not the MTN company.

Not long after, she earned herself some backlash from the Ghanaian public when she posted a photo of herself on her Instagram page.

In that photo, she was seen nude lying in a bathtub with a number of watermelons smeared all over her body.

A lot of Ghanaians took to social media to backlash the actress and even Socrates Sarfo came out to speak on the issue.

According to him, the actress was going to be tagged as a prostitute as long as she keeps posting nude photos of herself on social media.

The actress has once again, posted some interesting photos on her page. Along with the post, she added the caption, “I DONT CHASE, I REPLACE!!”
