Ghanaian musician, Kuami Eugene, has come out to throw some jabs at Ghanaians and the Nigerian musician, Rema.
Some time back, the musician came out to say that the Ghanaian public has never made the effort to support him in his music career.
Kuami Eugene has been in the music scene for over 3years and in his career, he has been able to gain a massive number of fans.
Currently, he is signed at Lynx Entertainment and has been able to record lots of songs which include ‘Angela”, “Ohemmaa”, and “Wish Me Well”.
He won the New Artist awards in 2018 from the Ghana Music Awards in both Ghana and the UK. In 2019, the musician was graced with an award for the Best Album of the Year at the Ghana Music Awards once again.
This year, he also won Best Artiste of the Year in the recent Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. Also, he was crowned as the Highlife Artiste of the Year.
Kuami Eugene was a contestant for the MTN Hitmaker season 5 in Ghana in 2016, where he was able to attain the third position. After the contest, he was then signed to Lynx Entertainment where he was able to release several songs.
In 2017, he entered the Sarkodie Rapperholic Concert in Ghana, the Ghana Music Honors 2017 Edition, December to Remember.
Recently, the musician has come out once again to claim that Ghanaians are not showing him any support
According to many reports, Kuami Eugene has been given more support as compared to other artists.
According to others, the likes of Sarkodie have even supported him when he doesn’t show any support for others who reach out to him.
This makes one wonder if Kuami Eugene is really an ungrateful and greedy person.
However, one must address the issue where Eugene threw jabs at Rema. Looking at the person Kuami Eugene is attacking, one may be tempted to consider that he is bitting more than he can chew.
