Popular gospel musician Ernest Opoku has come out to clear the ear about his involvement in the controversial ‘Papa no’ saga and also speak about his relationship with embattled actress Tracy Boakye.
Ernest Opoku in an interview disclosed that he wasn’t responsible for the breakup between Tracy Boakye and former Kotoko star Yahaya Mohammed.
According to the celebrated gospel musician, he came in to date the actress after she broke up with the footballer and that he had nothing to do with what caused their relationship to fall into the gutters.
Ernest Opoku also stated clearly that Tracy Boakye is a good woman and that she is not someone who blackmails people as it is being painted by politician Kennedy Agyapong.
To him, Tracy Boakye is someone that he had a relationship with some time ago and as to whether she now is a blackmailer or not is something he doesn’t know about since he never experienced any such thing.
Whiles commenting on the controversial ‘Papa no’ issue, the gospel musician stated that he does not know exactly who the said ‘papa no’ is and that he does not have any proof to allege that it is former President Mahama.
“Me I can’t say anything about what is going on because you and I were not there. So whether it is true or not, its up to them to deal with it.
But all that we want is for peace to prevail over the noise that is going on right now” He said.
Whiles talking about the moral values of Christians because he has ever been involved in some pregnancy controversies, Ernest Opoku called on Christians to live moral lives because it is necessary for their faith’s development.
“It is time we shun the things of the world and seek after God because that is what will help us and secure a place for us in heaven.” He added.
