The African U-20 women’s world cup qualifier which was set to start in September has been officially postponed until further notice due to COVID-19.
Morocco were to play the Fennecs of Algeria while Gabon take on Congo and Liberia engage Cameroon just as Burkina Faso tackle the Falconets of Nigeria.
Meanwhile, the first leg was to kick off between September 4-6 and second leg starting a week later.
Additionally, Ghana, South Africa, Sudan, and São Tomé and Príncipe Were found in Group C, one of the 12 groups that will decide the teams which qualify for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations finals tournament.
