Former Accra Hearts of Oak winger Bernard Don Bortey has disclosed what God brought him to do on this Earth.
In an interview on Onua FM Sports monitored by mynewsobserver.com, Don Bortey said he came into the world to win trophies for Ghana.
But was not treated properly by the nation and hinted on the goals he scores in matches.
“I am a prophet but people didn’t believe me,” he said.
“God brought me here on earth to win trophies for Ghana. Whatever, I say I would do, I make sure it’s done, in one of the matches that I played.
“I predicted I would score four goals and it came to pass. It is not easy to score four goals in one game,” he recounted.
Dada Don Bortey made his name for Accra Hearts of Oak in Ghana- winning domestic and continental trophies.
He also played for Santos FC in South Africa and Panthers in Equatorial Guinea.
