Award-winning rapper Sarkodie has given dancehall artiste Shatta Wale an instant reply after the dancehall king said this is not the right time for anybody to drop a diss song.
Shatta Wale in an interview this morning said he was saddened by the fact that the Sark Nation boss choss to record diss songs at the time when people are dying than to support humanity.
According to Shatta Wale in the interview, he revealed he has a lot of problems with Sarkodie but the main reason he disagrees with him is that he lacks timing for things.
Shatta Wale in expressing his disappointment said he was expecting the rapper to be somewhere involved in donation activities and not dissing other artistes.
Well, the tension between the two big artistes in the Ghana music industry doesn’t seem to be going down despite the fact that everything in the world including entertainment has been affected by the coronavirus.
Sarkodie has given Shatta Wale a reply a few minutes after he spoke in the interview and here is what he says.
“Berma gyae gyimie no … you feel say I get time to throw shot at you by this time… emotional singers”.
Sarkodie has just hinted that he doesn’t have time to engage Shatta Wale in a diss by this time but from all indications, a shot from him is going to come.
Despite Sarkodie’s denial of the fact that he threw a shot at Shatta Wale, most people on social media think some of the lyrics in his “Subzero” song were directed at the dancehall king.
Majority of the lyrics were also directed at rapper Asem who reports say threw jabs at Sarkodie sometime back before going silent in the music industry.
